We usually need your name, address, telephone numbers and email address. We keep this information to communicate with you during the the project and to invoice you at the end of it. We continue to keep the information in case we need to contact you subsequently. If, after the end of the project, you would like us to delete your record we will do so. What information do we collect?
When you instruct us all we need to know is your name and address. We usually also ask for your email address.

How do we protect customer information?
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

What about "cookies"?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser. At the moment we do not use cookies but if and when we do we'll explain what information they hold and why we use them.

Will we disclose information to outside parties?
We may give your information to other parties (such as Contractors or Building Control) during the running of your project. This information is only provided to help the smooth running of the project and not for sales purposes.

We do not give, sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other party.

What do we do with the information we keep about you?
We only keep your contact details and only use that information to contact you about the running of your project. We continue to hold the information you have provided us with after the completion of the job. The benefits of this include:

  • Cross-referencing to previous jobs should you contact us again.
  • Contacting you in case we find an error in our calculations or drawings for example.
  • Should you have a claim against us we would still be able to identify your project.
  • We do not use your information for sales or marketing purposes. If, after the completion of the project, you wish us to remove your contact details we will do so.
